Jacob Cowgirl is a member of AERO (Alternative Energy Resource Organization as well as one of the fenegade farmers Liz Carlisle wrote about in the Lentil Underground from episode 103. He runs Prairie Heritage Farm with his wife Courtney, where they grow fresh vegetables, heritage turkeys, ancient and heritage grains (Prairie Farro being our favorite), lamb and kiddos.
